Information Assurance Specialist

Information Assurance SpecialistZantech is looking for a talented Information Assurance Specialist to provide Security and antiterrorism support, as well as Information system security assessments for an upcoming role situated onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.This role will apply disciplines of Computer Security to perform Information System Security Assessments, develop Risk Management Plans, and support security architectures with focus on HSPD-12 related work.Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Perform Information System Security AssessmentsDevelop Risk Management Plans and Security architecturesCreate Information system security policies and procedures guidesSupport Information system accreditation and certificationsDevelop Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP)Install and maintain information system security products and servicesMust support security disciplines associated with HSPD-12 related workRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:5 years related work experienceSkills Required:Information System Security AssessmentsRisk Management PlansSecurity architecturesCOOP planningProven experience with the following:Information system security policies and procedures guidesInformation system accreditation and certificationsContinuity of Operations Plans (COOP)Installation and maintenance of information system security products and services experienceRequired Certifications/Education:Must successfully complete necessary governmental/corporate security trainingEducation Required: Bachelor's degreeEducation Preferred: Information Security, Criminal Justice degreeRequired Security Clearance:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS-SCI) or higher clearance, per contract requirements.Outstanding Performance…Always!Our corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
