Winky Lux is a New York–based clean beauty brand built on a simple idea: makeup should be as fun to look at as it is to wear. We're known for products that people want to hold, photograph, and share - clean formulations, playful design, and an accessible price point that makes discovery easy.

About the Role

This role owns Winky Lux's content pipeline end-to-end, from product launch to influencer/UGC/agency collaboration to brand storytelling. You'll be a key partner to marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams, ensuring every piece of content is on-brand, on-strategy, and drives results.

What You'll Do

• Own the content calendar and ecosystem across product launches, campaigns, and always-on brand storytelling
• Create, edit, and concept in-house content across formats, video, photo, and written, that captures the Winky Lux voice.
• Strategize the evolution of behind-the-scenes office content and storytelling, turning day-to-day brand life into engaging, on-brand narratives.
• Edit UGC and other video content with a paid first perspective
• Manage and organize content for ease of use and access for internal and external partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership to keep content strategy aligned with broader brand priorities.
• Brief content across formats - photo, video, and graphics - for social, paid, site, email, and campaign use, from concept through final asset
• Manage UGC and agency relations to ensure content partnerships align with brand goals
• Collaborate with the affiliate/community team to develop content assets supporting affiliate and UGC campaigns
• Partner with e-commerce and brand teams to identify content gaps and opportunities across the site and product ecosystem
• Maintain and evolve brand voice/style guidelines across all content touchpoints
• Track content performance (engagement, conversion, impressions) and adjust strategy based on results
• Help develop product presentations and pitch decks for retail and wholesale partners (e.g., Ulta, Ipsy, FabFitFun) covering multi-SKU submissions

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing or brand content roles
• Hands-on content creation and editing skills - comfortable shooting and/or editing photo and video, and building graphics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both original content production.
• Experience building pitch decks or sales materials for retail/wholesale partners
• Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for brand voice consistency
• Experience working with influencer/agency partners on content collaboration
• Beauty or CPG industry experience strongly preferred
