RegenQuest provides management services to office-based wound care and hyperbaric medicine programs. We are seeking a hands-on healthcare leader to support the daily operations and continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and staff while developing into a broader operational leadership role as the practice grows.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily front office operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and customer service.
• Support insurance verification, authorizations, and other administrative functions as needed.
• Cross-train as a backup to the Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Technician.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and community providers through outreach activities.
• Monitor clinic operations, identify workflow improvements, and help implement operational best practices.
• Support staff training, scheduling, and accountability.
• Partner with the Medical Director and leadership team to support practice growth and an exceptional patient experience.
• As the clinic grows, assume increasing responsibility for operational leadership, staffing, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT), or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a physician office, specialty practice, wound care, vascular, cardiology, or outpatient clinic.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role and adapting to the changing needs of a growing practice.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, EMR systems, and front office operations preferred.
• Previous wound care, hyperbaric, or physician outreach experience is a plus.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
