Inventory Specialist - Bellagio

Summary The Inventory Specialist at the Bellagio boutique is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods into, through, and out of the store to support a seamless client experience. The role processes received stock, maintains organized inventory, prepares outbound shipments, and assists with cycle counts and the annual physical inventory. This position works closely with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager and requires consistent in‑store presence. Responsibilities Process received stock and accurately record items into the inventory system Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor inventory according to brand standards Prepare and ship outbound shipments following company procedures Execute stock cycle count program and support annual physical inventory Assist with opening and closing boutique tasks and move merchandise as needed Collaborate with boutique team members to support client service and operational efficiency Requirements Minimum 1 year of related experience Minimum High School Diploma Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 lbs and perform overhead lifting Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Passion for client experience and desire to learn; foreign language skills preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
