Location: Wayzata, MN (In-Person / On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours)

Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000/year Base Salary (DOE) + Performance Incentive Program

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Order & Data Management: Timely and accurately enter customer orders, schedule shipments, and maintain up-to-date customer SOPs and profile documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve transportation and shipment challenges to consistently exceed customer service expectations.
• Account Growth: Support department revenue growth by identifying and securing additional spot-market freight opportunities within key accounts.
• Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with key accounts, drivers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth freight execution.
• Documentation & Escalation: Document customer feedback and complaints accurately, escalating unresolved complex issues to designated Account Managers when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industry Experience: 1–2 years of logistics or trucking industry experience (roles involving direct driver dispatch and customer communication strongly preferred).
• Transportation & DOT Knowledge: Solid understanding of DOT safety requirements, Hours of Service (HOS) rules, legal transit times, and ELD/E-log systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success resolving issues over the phone and email.
• Technical & Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Work Ethic & Education: Dependable self-starter eager to work in a high-energy, in-person team environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent industry experience is welcome.
• Computer Skills : Experience with Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Excel & the ability to learn different transportation management systems.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (In-Person, Wayzata, MN)
• Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000/year (Depending on Experience) + Performance Incentive Program
