About the role:

The Certification Coordinator will oversee the exam candidacy process from registration and scheduling to exam logistics and documentation. This role serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring they have the information they need throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication, customer service, and project coordination skills. This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities independently, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and anticipate and resolve issues to keep processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full certification exam process, including candidate scheduling, registration, and logistics
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates by email, phone, and online platforms
\n
• Guide candidates through the process, answer questions, help with documentation, and resolve discrepancies
\n
• Coordinate exam venues and resources with internal and external stakeholders
\n
• Maintain accurate candidate records and exam schedules, and prepare reports as needed
\n
• Ensure compliance with exam policies and protect confidential candidate information
\n
• Identify process improvements and help implement more efficient procedures
\n
• Travel occasionally as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
\n
• Customer service experience required
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication
\n
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
\n
• Proficient with standard office software and database systems
\n
• Experience with exam administration, testing, or certification processes is a plus
\n
• Calm and professional under pressure, and able to work both independently and with a team
\n
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
