Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at an elementary school in Glendale, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is 37.5 hours per week with a caseload of approximately 70 students . The SLP will support students receiving resource-level services as well as students in a self-contained foundational skills classroom .

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students based on individual needs and IEP goals
• Provide services to students receiving resource-level support and students in a self-contained foundational skills classroom
• Conduct assessments and participate in evaluations as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Support students' communication, language, and educational participation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience supporting students with varying communication needs
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs

Qualifications

• Arizona SLP License
• Arizona Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Ability to provide school-based speech-language services

Experience

• School-based experience is preferred but not required

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
