Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Remote Clinical Recruiters with a strong background in hospice healthcare recruiting to support high-volume hiring needs. This role focuses on recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and Aides within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, comfortable with outbound recruiting activity, and able to hit the ground running . This individual brings urgency, persistence, and ownership of requisitions while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Remote Clinical Recruiters with a strong background in hospice healthcare recruiting to support high-volume hiring needs. This role focuses on recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and Aides within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospice clinical roles, including RNs and Aides
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing and outreach strategies
- Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and prioritize requisitions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and industry channels
- Conduct high-volume outbound activity, including phone-based candidate outreach
- Engage passive candidates and maintain consistent follow-up to drive hiring outcomes
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and structured interviews using competency-based methods
- Evaluate candidates' clinical experience, soft skills, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview processes and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on pipeline activity and hiring progress
- Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and hiring standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build strong relationships and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Support job posting optimization and recruitment marketing efforts
- Assist with onboarding coordination as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives
- Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience , including at least 2 years in clinical recruiting
- Hospice recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience recruiting for RN and Aide roles
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and candidate engagement
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Strong interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Staffing agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
