A company is looking for a Recruiter, Corporate & Clinical.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, SG&A, and revenue-generating roles
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various platforms
Expand into recruiting for Advanced Practice Providers as clinical volume increases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or sales roles
Ability to source and close candidates in competitive environments
Experience with proactive outreach and sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with ATS platforms, with iCIMS experience preferred
Genuine curiosity about healthcare and willingness to learn about clinical recruiting
