Experienced Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing automotive group in Terrell, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing high volume sales teams and driving exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a high volume sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Coach, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance and professional development. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Qualifications Proven experience as a high volume sales manager, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team.
