Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing other individuals’ tax returns and business entity returns for S-Corps, partnerships, and C-Corps. Bachelor’s degree, required. Equipment, such as computer, phone, etc. needed to perform assigned work tasks. Internet - a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance. A positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently. The ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Capability to function in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with a lot of client interaction Receives enjoyment from problem solving and working through issues with clients and team members. Adaptable and a team player when priorities shift, or unexpected challenges arise. Satisfactory background and reference checks including employment verification. What Will You Do? Prepare individual and business tax returns. Calculate estimated tax payments. Contact and meet with clients via email/phone/video call/mail to request documentation necessary to prepare or review tax returns. Respond in a timely manner to client inquiries and requests. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
