Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will safely operate industrial lift equipmentincluding Raymond reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forkliftsto move inventory, handle inbound receiving, and utilize handheld scanners for accurate tracking. What You'll Do on a Typical Day
Equipment Operation: Safely operate Raymond reach trucks, cherry pickers (order pickers), and sit-down forklifts to push, pull, lift, stack, and retrieve products, equipment, and materials at varying heights.

Scanning & Receiving: Use a handheld scanner with high accuracy to perform inbound receiving processes, log inventory, and track stock locations.

Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers and stage materials across the facility as needed.

Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere strictly to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.

Quality & Process Excellence: Commit to process excellence and uphold all supply chain quality policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience.

MUST have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating AT LEAST TWO of the following lift types:

Raymond Reach Truck

Cherry Picker (Order Picker)

Sit-Down Forklift

Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.

Availability to work a flexible schedule with consistent overtime (OT) opportunities.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally.

Ability to handle objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Ability to use hands and fingers to operate equipment controls and handheld scanners.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience operating all three lift types (Raymond reach, cherry picker, and sit-down).

Positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Clear communication skills with leadership and peers.

qualifications:

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
