$50kWe are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Metal Fabrication & Welding Supervisor to take full operational ownership of our production shop. In this pivotal leadership role, you will bridge the gap between engineering blueprints and physical output—driving a culture of safety, uncompromised structural quality, and elite shop efficiency. salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

- Operational Leadership: Direct and optimize daily workflow across the fabrication floor, aligning labor, machinery, and cutting lists to hit aggressive manufacturing deadlines.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and cross-train shop personnel; manage performance evaluations, support the hiring process, and foster a accountable, high-performance team culture.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous, in-process inspections to verify full compliance with engineering drawings, Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS), and strict industry standards to systematically eliminate scrap and rework.
