North Branch Area High School is made up of approximately 800 students, over 20 concurrent college courses, and growing Career and Technical Education pathways. We are a Q-Comp district and offer a competitive salary. North Branch Area Public Schools has a full-time (1.0 FTE) 9-12 Counselor position available beginning 2026-2027 school year. The School Counselor supports students in our Distance Learning Academy (DLA), Norse Alternative Learning Center (ALC), and North Branch High School by providing academic, career, and social-emotional guidance. This position is part of the teacher contract and receives up to nine (9) extended contract days per year. Qualifications Required: Current Minnesota School Counselor license, willing to obtain WBL certification Salary: $49,520 to $93,055 Starting Date: 2026-2027 School Year Please include a letter of recommendation.
