About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Innovation to lead and drive the organization's strategic initiatives in this area. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, identifying and developing new ideas, and overseeing the implementation of innovative projects and programs. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the innovation landscape, the ability to inspire and manage teams, and a proven track record of translating innovative concepts into practical and impactful solutions. Applicants for the Executive Director of Innovation position at the company should have a strong background in innovation management, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship. A Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred, along with experience in leading and managing innovation-related activities.
