Service Assistant

We’re seeking a motivated, dependable, customer-focused Service Dept Assistant to support our busy service department by coordinating vehicle pick up and deliveries, rental vehicles, repair order scanning, service porter duties and much more. Support Service in many ways that are listed above. Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive and technician bays Maintain cleanliness of service drive, waiting areas, and loaner fleet Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed Assist with service scheduling and customer intake Wash and vacuum vehicles post-service when necessary Run local errands for the service department (e.g., picking up parts) Learn dealership systems and processes with the goal of growing.
