Ensuring the availability of materials and goods for our warehouse and distribution locations Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, as well as conducting demand analyses Placing and tracking purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively managing delivery deviations Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, procurement, and sales teams Maintaining and updating item, supplier, and planning data in the ERP system Preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and delivery performance Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities in material flow and inventory planning processes Supporting inventory counts and stock reconciliations Your Qualifications. Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline Previous experience in inventory planning, material planning, purchasing, or logistics is beneficial Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills Well-organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to work Strong communication and coordination abilities Good command of German and basic English language skills Our Commitment.
