This role sits at the final stages of the design pipeline, collaborating closely with designers, user researchers, business analysts, and software engineers.Key Responsibilities:Support product teams by refining design concepts into production-ready experiences with clear engineering handoff documentationCollaborate with designers, user researchers, business analysts, and software engineers, especially during final-stage design workParticipate in concept development and design ideation for new product features, with a focus on execution quality and delivery readinessProduce design deliverables including user flows, sketches, wireframes, and journey maps with attention to handoff-ready detailDocument design meeting outcomes and deliverables with precision for engineering consumptionWork with Product Strategy to translate product requirements into buildable user experiences, emphasizing design system alignment and executionMust-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, including UX design of enterprise applications, with a focus on execution and deliveryDemonstrated ability to refine and finalize designs for production, supporting engineering teams through clear documentation and design system usageExperience working with design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across product teamsStrong online or distributable portfolio showcasing production-ready design work and attention to detailAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and support end-of-pipeline design workFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript boundaries to ensure feasible design solutionsExperience in Agile/Lean environments, particularly in roles supporting delivery and finalizing design assetsNice-to-Have / Trainable Skills:Mobile design experience
