Competitive hourly rate of $2,808 with premium pay for holiday shifts Flexible, 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with approximately one weekend per month Work at a reputable Level II Trauma hospital with inpatient and outpatient support, including a Urology PA Quick Facts Location: 100 Hospital Avenue, DuBois, PA 15801 Start Date: 09/08/2026 End Date: 03/09/2027 (ongoing contract) Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a), approximately 4-10 shifts per month Hours/Week: Varies with assigned shifts Employment Type: Contract, W-2 Licensure/Certifications: PA license (IMLC accepted), DEA, ACLS, required Experience: 1-2 years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly pay: $2,808 per shift Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per law Reimbursements for travel, licensure, certifications, and other allowable expenses Holiday pay at 1.5x rate for specified holidays What You’ll Do Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care for adult patients Support staff with procedures such as cystoscopy, stent placement, and kidney stone treatments Support rounding and emergency procedures in a high-volume hospital setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Urology PA and inpatient staff Respond to emergency calls and provide urgent urological interventions when needed Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols using Cerner (inpatient) and GE Centricity (outpatient) EMRs What You Need Board Certification in Urology (required) Pennsylvania medical license or eligible (IMLC accepted) Active DEA license ACLS certification 1-2 years of clinical Urology experience preferred About the Assignment This position is based at a busy, trusted hospital serving northwest Pennsylvania, offering a variety of urological services including cystoscopy, stone management, and rare cases like torsion.
