Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist
Mercy House
Mercy House in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to maintain positive relationships, advise on HR issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Travel to Mercy House regions is required. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the HR department with guidance to employees and management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, integrity, and knowledge of ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and EEO regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
