Local Operations & Customer Support Associate

Wonolo

Wonolo is seeking an Operations Associate in the Chicago area to act as a local point of contact for customers and gig workers, ensuring staffing needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. You will source and screen hourly workers, coordinate shifts, and collaborate with the Market Team to manage on-site experiences.
