Business Technology Analyst

, you'll partner with business and technology teams to develop and support innovative document-processing solutions that improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and automate complex workflows. You'll work with modern technologies, including Python, SQL, JSON data structures, and Azure Document Intelligence, helping transform unstructured documents into actionable business information. What You'll Do Serve as a technology expert supporting business applications and intelligent document processing solutions.

Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend technology solutions.

Support the development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of new and existing systems.

Work with document ingestion, classification, extraction, and validation processes to improve operational efficiency.

Utilize technologies such as Python, SQL, JSON, and Azure Document Intelligence to support document-processing initiatives.

Analyze business and technical data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate project releases and assist with implementation activities to ensure successful adoption.

Develop and execute testing plans, track issues, and report results throughout project lifecycles.

Collaborate with internal partners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Support automation efforts involving financial, invoice, and operational documents while improving data accuracy and usability.

Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation, and implementation of solutions in accordance with client needs.

Compile, analyze, and interpret detailed information and provide recommendations that support business strategies and objectives.

Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support project releases and ongoing system enhancements.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience Technical Skills Python, SQL, and JSON experience.

Knowledge of document automation, OCR, Azure Document Intelligence, or similar technologies.

Experience with business applications, system enhancements, testing, and implementations.

Familiarity with Xceptor or comparable document-processing platforms.

Business Analysis & Project Delivery Ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, document findings, and present recommendations.

Experience with project management methodologies, testing, and release implementation.

Skilled in developing test plans, tracking issues, and communicating results.

Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Strong leadership, influence, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
