We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Teaneck, New Jersey location in a fast-moving call center setting. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving issues, guiding customers through solutions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a positive service experience. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and take ownership of service concerns, researching each matter thoroughly to provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Handle service requests and order-related tasks with careful attention to detail, ensuring all items are completed correctly from intake through final follow-up.
• Partner with billing, sales, and operations staff to align on customer needs and help drive efficient, well-coordinated support.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can access information and complete common tasks more easily.
• Recognize patterns in customer issues and communicate recurring challenges or workflow gaps to the appropriate internal teams for review.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, shifting priorities, and changing service demands while maintaining a high standard of support.• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, with prior call center experience considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in a corporate call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across a range of customer situations.
• Demonstrated active listening, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy while working with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Fluent English language skills; Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
• Dependable, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
