Cocktail Server

Overview We are seeking a Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions Handle cash transactions using a cash register Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Assist with kitchen duties as needed Utilize OpenTable or Aloha POS system for reservations and order management Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
