Commercial Lines Account Manager We are a fast‑growing insurance agency seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment and are looking for an individual to grow alongside our agency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive working relationships with commercial insurance clients. Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner while addressing questions and concerns. Provide information and guidance on commercial lines insurance products and services. Handle “soup‑to‑nuts” commercial lines account management, including day‑to‑day servicing of assigned accounts. Market, quote, and rate renewal accounts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Applied EPIC. Prepare certificates of insurance, client correspondence, and related documentation. Knowledge & Skills Desired Active P&C License required. Strong customer service focus with a high level of professionalism. 1–3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance or Personal Lines Insurance. Excellent computer skills. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
