Lead Product Analyst

As the first dedicated analytics hire, the full-time Lead Product Analyst will build the analytics function from the ground up, focusing on designing experiments and developing dashboards while working remotely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Design and analyze growth experiments in partnership with Acquisition and Activation squads Own the end-to-end experimentation framework, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights Build source-of-truth dashboards and a semantic layer to enable self-service analytics for Product, Sales, and Design teams Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in product, growth, or analytics at a SaaS or PLG company Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools, preferably Omni Hands-on experience with event tracking tools such as Heap or comparable alternatives Proven ability to design A/B tests and apply statistical analysis Strong understanding of connecting insights to business outcomes like activation and retention
