Full-Cycle Recruiter - Build Our Winning Insurance Team (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated End-to-End Recruiter to join our remote team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our growing insurance agency. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for both licensed agent roles and support positions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
* Source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
* Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
* Familiarity with insurance industry roles and licensing requirements is a plus
