$120K-$140K+ EARNING POTENTIAL This is a role built for an experienced technician who wants to work, produce, and earn. At NETC Fleet Services, our Road Service Technicians take the shop to the customer - diagnosing and repairing trucks, trailers, motor coaches, and heavy equipment wherever the problem happens. No bay? No lift? No parts room 20 feet away?
No problem. You bring the truck, the tools, the diagnostic ability, and the judgment to figure it out in the field.
THE TRUCK IS DOWN.
THE CLOCK IS RUNNING.
YOU'RE THE FIX. When commercial equipment goes down, somebody's business stops moving. A truck isn't delivering. A trailer isn't rolling. A motor coach is stranded. Heavy equipment is sitting instead of working.
That's when Road Service gets the call. You'll respond, diagnose the problem, develop a solution, make the repair whenever possible, and help get that equipment BACK ON THE ROAD. This isn't routine shop work.
THIS IS DIESEL REPAIR IN THE REAL WORLD.
LET'S TALK EARNING POWER. We're not hiding the compensation behind vague language.
BASE PAY: $35-$40/HOUR
STANDARD SCHEDULE: 50 HOURS/WEEK
PLUS: COMMISSION High-performing technicians who consistently produce can reach $120,000-$140,000+ in total annual earnings. The commission structure rewards production - so technicians who have the skills, efficiency, and drive to get work done have the opportunity to push their earnings higher.
MORE SKILL.
MORE PRODUCTION.
MORE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN.
⚠ THIS IS A WORK-HARD SEAT. Let's be clear about the job. This is a standard 50-hour week . Weekend availability is required. There's an on-call rotation. Customers don't schedule breakdowns around convenient hours. And when commercial equipment goes down, they need somebody who can show up ready to solve the problem.
If you want to coast, this probably isn't your seat. But if you want challenging work and a compensation structure that rewards production...
