Advanced diagnostic and repair skills are required to qualify for higher pay tiers. Top technicians consistently earn at the high end of the pay range through efficiency, skill, and certifications.About the RolePete's RV Center is seeking RV Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including travel trailers and motorhomes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working across multiple systems, and being rewarded for productivity and skill.You'll work on a wide range of systems:ElectricalPlumbingHVACMechanical / chassisGenerators and appliancesInterior and coach body repairsThis Role is Perfect for Someone Who:Has mechanical experience and wants to grow their skillsetEnjoys diagnosing and fixing complex issues.Wants consistent work in a high-demand industry.Is motivated by performance-based pay and efficiency.Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems and components.Perform general repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.)Complete preventative maintenance and warranty workPrioritize work orders and handle urgent service requests.Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and work performedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all shop procedures, safety standards, and company policies.Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI)
