Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager

A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager to support its busy pre‑litigation team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys meaningful client interaction. You will manage personal injury case files, coordinate medical documentation, prepare demand packages, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating the claims process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre‑litigation process
• Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and damages documentation
• Prepare settlement demand packages for attorney review
• Draft settlement calculations and settlement-related documents
• Monitor case timelines and ensure matters progress efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients and third parties
• Prepare routine correspondence and manage incoming mail and case documentation
• Maintain organized, accurate case files using case management software
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team

• Experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills
• Experience preparing settlement demand packages and related documentation

• Compensation range must be disclosed when available: $50,000–$60,000 annually.
• This role is full-time, on-site and does not offer visa sponsorship.
