Within 6-12 months you can become a General Manager. Our Area Managers earn $175,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on the number of restaurants overseen. Progression to Area Manager requires completing a 16‑week training program, gaining experience as an Assistant General Manager, and mastering the General Manager role. Training and Development 16‑week Coach training program (Pluckers University) covers culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way. Ongoing Leadership Development Programs support professional and personal growth for all Coaches.
