Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Omaha, NE
$80,000–$90,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead and grow service operations in the Omaha market.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who understands commercial roofing service and maintenance and can effectively manage field teams, customer relationships, scheduling, and overall service performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day commercial roofing service and maintenance operations

• Manage and support Service Technicians, Foremen, and field personnel

• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, inspections, leak calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance work

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers

• Ensure service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality

• Prepare repair proposals and assist with estimating service-related work

• Support service sales and account growth within the market

• Monitor job profitability, productivity, labor, and operational performance

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower for active service work

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in commercial roofing service operations

• Experience managing Service Technicians, Foremen, or field crews

• Strong understanding of commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, leak response, and roof inspections

• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, estimating, and operational oversight

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, service calls, and priorities at one time

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Commercial reroofing or construction experience is helpful, but this position is primarily focused on service and maintenance operations

Compensation & Benefits
