Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative (Protg / Associate Track Farmers Insurance)
Top performers in this role often come from insurance, financial services, real estate, mortgage, or commission-heavy sales backgrounds.
Our Farmers Insurance district in Corpus Christi, TX is looking for a driven sales professional to join as a Protg Agent (future agency owner) or Associate Sales Producer . This is a high-growth role with uncapped income , training if needed, and a clear path to agency ownership .
Youll: Generate new business, build and maintain client relationships, close sales, and manage a pipeline. Protgs will also learn agency operations and leadership.
Were looking for: 2+ years of sales experience in insurance, real estate, mortgage/lending, financial services, or high-volume B2B/B2C sales. Competitive, self-driven, and entrepreneurial candidates thrive here.
Licensing: Preferred but not required we can sponsor training for strong sales performers.
Compensation: Base + uncapped commission , bonuses, training, mentorship, and a growth-focused culture.
