RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences. Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders. Assist with assembly of food and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with guests before handing off to ensure satisfaction. Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW customers is utilized. Teamwork is essential. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for extended periods while performing duties. For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
