Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems; Support and/or lead mechanical operations in mission-critical facilities; Work on complex equipment (Air and water-cooled chillers, Cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs); Operate and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS); Work with DDC, pneumatic, and variable frequency drive control systems; Respond to on-call and after-hours service requirements; Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
