Practice Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team in the Denver area. As a Practice Manager, your leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of our practice. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily operations of our orthodontic practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Working closely with all staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Managing the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. Driving profitability through strategic planning, sales management, and implementation of growth initiatives. Creating lasting relationships with the team, patients, referrals sources, and local community. Hitting key metrics and performance goals. Interviewing candidates for open positions, onboarding and overseeing training of new hires.
