Your Role Manage supply sales pricing to ensure competitive market positioning while supporting company profitability Help build, maintain, and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including product setup, pricing, and online ordering processes Develop and maintain pricing strategies that align with business objectives and margin goals Support Account Executives by preparing quotes, recommending pricing solutions, and developing customer supply programs Analyze sales, purchasing, pricing, and margin data to identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and operational improvements Work closely with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing, rebates, discounts, and purchasing opportunities Oversee purchasing activities, including item maintenance, purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and vendor communications Maintain accurate product, vendor, pricing, and customer information across business systems Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives Provide outstanding support to customers, sales teams, and branch locations regarding products, pricing, orders, and supply programs What We're Looking For Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Two or more years of experience in pricing administration, purchasing, procurement, supply sales operations, customer service, business analysis, e-commerce administration, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations Understanding of pricing concepts, margin management, and profitability analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience with ERP systems and business reporting tools preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with e-commerce administration, pricing management, margin analysis, and ERP systems Why Join Us?
