Coffee Shop/Food Shop Barista and Shift Leader

Experience or training available for startup drive thru coffee/ food shop pastries, sandwiches on the busiest street in the city. Located in midtown Baton Rouge across from a large hospital.

Starting Pay: $10 to $15/hour

Job Details:

Coffee shop shift leader manages day to day operations, working with store manager on personnel effectively and ensuring all drinks, sandwiches and all inventory are at correct levels.
Keep facilities and grounds clean as there will be outside seating.

Requirements:

6 months of working in food coffee industry.
Ability to handle personnel issues and manage correct inventory levels and facility cleanliness.

Students welcomed. Tip are accepted for each order.
