Your Role & Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, addressing needs from childhood through to elderly care.
Skillfully manage chronic diseases, preventive measures, acute illnesses, and mental health with a focus on patient-centric practices.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment strategies.
Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and various specialists to ensure comprehensive health management.
Engage in quality improvement efforts designed to boost patient outcomes and streamline operational processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) documenting patient care.
Provide in-person visits as well as telehealth services to cater to patients' preferences and needs.

Education Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical institution.
Completed a residency program in Family Medicine, recognized by the relevant accreditation authorities.

Certifications

Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
Currently hold or be eligible for an active medical license in Louisiana.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
