Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, addressing needs from childhood through to elderly care.
• Skillfully manage chronic diseases, preventive measures, acute illnesses, and mental health with a focus on patient-centric practices.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and various specialists to ensure comprehensive health management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) documenting patient care.

Education Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Completed a residency program in Family Medicine, recognized by the relevant accreditation authorities.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Currently hold or be eligible for an active medical license in Louisiana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
