Requirements:

MD or DO with active state license in Louisiana - [Required]
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred) - [Required]
1+ year experience with frail or elderly populations - [Required]
Prior leadership or supervisory experience - [Required]
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation - [Required]
Current BLS, CDS Certification, and DEA Registration - [Required]
