Director of Sales – Jacksonville, FLSalary:$110,000 base salary with additional bonus earning potential.Comprehensive benefits packageOn-site position in Jacksonville, FLJob Summary:Our client is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for two nationally branded select-service hotels in the Jacksonville Airport market. This dual-property leadership role is responsible for driving new corporate, group, and negotiated business while positioning both hotels for strong revenue growth following ongoing property renovations.The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel sales professional with a proven ability to develop new business, manage key corporate accounts, navigate hotel sales systems, and execute strategic sales initiatives in an owner-operated environment. This role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the long-term success of both properties.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to grow occupancy and revenue across both hotel properties.Generate new corporate negotiated, group, and contract business.Build relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, meeting planners, and local businesses.Manage annual corporate RFPs and negotiated account programs.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.Conduct outside sales calls, networking events, and property tours.Partner with operations and revenue management to maximize hotel performance.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.Support sales efforts during renovations and lead post-renovation business growth.Qualifications:3–5+ years of hotel sales experience.Minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager or Director of Sales at a nationally branded hotel.Proven success developing new corporate negotiated, group, and contract business.Experience managing annual corporate RFP seasons and negotiated rate programs.Proficiency with hotel property management systems, sales CRM platforms, revenue management tools, and electronic document platforms.Strong CRM discipline with experience managing sales pipelines and account attribution.Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an owner-operated environment.Prior dual-property or multi-property sales leadership preferred.Experience selling through hotel renovations or repositioning efforts preferred.Existing corporate relationships within Jacksonville, Northeast Florida, or the Southeast region are a plus.Extended-stay hotel experience is preferred.About the Company:Our client is a growing owner-operated hospitality organization with multiple branded hotels throughout the Southeast.
