Work Here!Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Part-Time Youth Specialist is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and supervision of youth in the Juvenile Leadership Academy (JLA). This position provides direct supervision to youth in a secure residential setting by enforcing program rules, promoting positive behavior and accountability, supervising daily activities, responding to emergencies, documenting resident behavior, and serving as a positive role model while supporting the rehabilitation and personal development of youth.
