We're looking for a positive, personable Garage Door Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to grow with a respected, family-owned company.
What You'll Do
- Install, service, and repair garage doors, openers, and related equipment.
- Conduct detailed inspections and ensure all work meets top safety and quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of work, including notes, diagrams, and photos.
- Maintain a professional, customer-first attitudealways looking for solutions and opportunities to go above and beyond.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-train to strengthen the team.
- Stay safety-focused, following OSHA best practices at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
- Mechanical aptitudeexperience with sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, high-speed doors, or dock equipment is a plus.
- Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, and using hand tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and adapt to different situations.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
