Corporate Associate | M&A

I'm partnered with a premier, growth-focused firm seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join its Corporate practice. This is a strategic hire for a team handling sophisticated transactions for market-leading and innovative companies. The ideal attorney will have strong venture capital and M&A experience and be ready to take ownership of deals while mentoring junior associates.

What You'll Lead And Manage

Middle-market M&A transactions (stock & asset purchases, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures)
Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
Corporate governance matters for public & private companies
Cross-functional collaboration with tax, employment, IP & regulatory teams
Direct client relationship management

Ideal Profile

3+ years of corporate law experience
Strong background in M&A
Experience with entity formation, governance & securities compliance
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions
Strong drafting, analytical & communication skills

The firm is known for its collegial culture, high-level transactional work, and a model that allows attorneys to do sophisticated deals.
