Customer Marketing Experience (segmentation and execution) Analytical Mindset (data interpretation, reporting, experimentation) Agile & Adaptable (comfortable with change and rapid iteration) Role The Senior Analyst, Print Strategy is responsible for leading and optimizing print marketing programs including Direct Mail and Omni Bagstuffers, while also owning the strategy and execution of complementary digital touchpoints. This role ensures cohesive, customer-centric experiences across channels, meeting the customer where she is and driving maximum engagement and business impact. The ideal candidate combines a strong consumer-first mindset with advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking to translate insights into scalable marketing strategies and innovation. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Own end-to-end strategy and execution of print programs, including planning, forecasting, testing, and performance optimization. Develop and execute integrated print + digital channel strategies, ensuring digital touchpoints (e.g., email, site, push, sms and app experiences) complement print programs to create seamless, high-impact customer journeys. Define customer segmentation and campaign targeting strategies, partnering with analytics, finance and campaign ops teams to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time. Lead campaign selection and audience planning, aligning customer selection with business goals, seasonal priorities, and iROAS benchmarks. Drive testing ideation and roadmap development, including hypothesis creation, test design, and measurement frameworks to continuously improve performance. Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs that align messaging across print and digital channels. Program Performance & Analysis Support Monday reporting; analyzing weekly performance to inform in-moment pivots. Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and reporting, synthesizing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence channel and investment decisions. Analyze financial models and forecasts to evaluate ROI, optimize budget allocation, and support business case development for new initiatives. Cross Functional Collaboration Manage end-to-end project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure flawless execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Campaign Operations, Creative, Finance, Production, Analytics, Loyalty and Digital teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across all programs. Coordinate approvals and stakeholder alignment, ensuring all campaigns meet marketing requirements while maintaining speed to market. Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. Serve as a subject matter expert for print and integrated channel strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve the customer experience.
