Position Summary

The Dietary Aide plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. As a member of the dietary team, you will support meal service operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and meal service
• Deliver meals to residents with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Support dietary staff with inventory organization and food safety practices
• Follow all infection control, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Desire to provide excellent service to residents
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required
