This role combines hands‑on construction leadership with mentorship opportunities, helping guide students while supporting the ongoing growth and improvement of our facilities. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee construction and maintenance projects Supervise construction crews, students, and subcontractors Prepare bids, budgets, and project timelines Order and manage construction materials and supplies Ensure job sites maintain OSHA and safety standards Assist with campus repairs, facility improvements, and maintenance needs Track project expenses and submit documentation accurately Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude Qualifications Construction experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines OSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s license required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Alignment with the mission and values of Sheepgate What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, organized, flexible, and passionate about making a difference.
