Location: Houston, TX | Field-Based
Territory: Greater Houston | Approximately 100-Mile Radius
Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000
OTE: $180,000+
Commission: Uncapped
Experience: 3+ Years of B2B Field Sales

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a global leader in fitness and wellness solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow business throughout the Houston market.

This is a true outside sales role focused on new business development, full-cycle sales, and relationship management across gyms, hotels, healthcare, corporate wellness, and other fitness markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prospect and develop new business throughout the territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Build relationships with gyms, health clubs, hotels, healthcare organizations, and corporate wellness programs.
• Deliver consultative presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Grow existing accounts and identify additional revenue opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and customer activity within CRM.
• Consistently achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of successful B2B field sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong new business development and closing skills.
• Experience with consultative or solution-based selling.
• Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience; Salesforce is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $75,000–$85,000 base salary.
• $180,000+ OTE with uncapped commission.
