A client of Impart Consulting is seeking motivated Commercial Roofers to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do
Support commercial roofing crews with tear-offs, repairs, installations, and other roofing projects
Learn commercial roofing systems and installation techniques from experienced foremen and crew leaders
Assist with jobsite setup, safety procedures, equipment, and cleanup
Attend safety meetings and company training programs
Follow company standards for workmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction
Work safely while maintaining productivity and attention to detail

Ideal Background
Construction, roofing, labor, military, farming, landscaping, or other physically demanding work experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Comfortable working at heights and performing physical labor
Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
High School Diploma or GED preferred
