The Dental Front Office PCC role supports day-to-day patient flow by ensuring an organized, welcoming experience at the front desk. You will help schedule appointments, manage patient information, and coordinate with the care team to keep operations running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally, maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using established office procedures.
• Verify patient information, collect forms, and update records accurately.
• Process routine front office tasks, including intake paperwork and document management.
• Handle patient inquiries by phone and in person, providing clear and timely responses.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure patients are prepared for their visits.
• Manage billing-related front office activities within scope, including collecting payments as required.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards for patient information.
• Track and communicate appointment reminders and follow-up needs to support continuity of care.
• Support office administrative workflows to help the team meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a dental front office or comparable patient-facing administrative role (typically 2+ years).
• Comfort working with scheduling and patient record systems; experience with PCC software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
• Knowledge of front office workflows, appointment scheduling, and basic billing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle questions professionally and respectfully.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy best practices.
